Through inclusive and transparent processes, Dr. Bastecki-Perez led MCCC’s evolution of its mission, visions, and equity statements, plus the development of the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, 2023-2033 Facilities Master Plan, and the Strategic Employee Workforce Plan. 

How does she Montco? As a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Bastecki-Perez is passionate about academic equity, inclusion, and belonging. For both the County and the region, taxpayers gain $2.30 in added tax revenue and public sector savings, and society gains $9.30 in added income and social savings.*
